Redcliff Citizens on Patrol
Citizens on Patrol (COP) is a non-profit organization of volunteers who assist the local RCMP detachment. The relationship provides law enforcement personnel with a valuable observation and reporting system.Alberta Citizens On Patrol Association (ACOPA) was formed to assist Citizens On Patrol (COP) groups throughout Alberta through support, development and sustainability of COP programs.

The main goal of Redcliff Citizens on Patrol is to foster community safety through crime prevention with cooperation of the RCMP.

Objectives:

  • to increase citizen participation and reporting suspicious events in the community.
  • to assist the RCMP when needed
  • to be actively involved with community events.
  • to help make our community safer.

Membership:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • able to pass security screening
  • a sense of caring and concern for your community
